Demo Waiver Form

By submitting this form below, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in a climbing shoe demo involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, and equipment failure. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with this activity. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Coast Mountain Collective Inc. (DBA UnParallel Canada) and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (the "Released Parties") from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation in the climbing shoe demo, including claims arising from the negligence of the Released Parties. Fitness to Participate: I confirm that I am physically fit and capable of safely participating in the climbing shoe demo. Responsibility for Equipment: I agree to use all demo shoes and equipment responsibly and return them in good condition.
